Embody Pilates also operates out of our store. Private equipment sessions and mat classes are available by one of the most comprehensively Classically-trained teachers. Come learn Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it to be.

Mondays: Intermediate 6:00pm & Beginner 7:00pm
Tuesdays: Beginner 9:00am
Wednesdays: Beginner 6:00pm
Thursdays: Beginner 9:00am
Fridays: Intermediate 9:00am
Saturday: Intermediate 9:00am
Class size is a maximum of 6 people so pre-registration is highly recommended. Classical Platform mat and small props are provided. Classes are 1 hour in length.
