Our goal is to provide customers with a selection of quality Pilates and Yoga wear for the studio, and for those leading an active lifestyle.
Allan & Bonny-Lynn Russell are the owners and managers of Embody Activewear. They also own and operate Embody Pilates Studio in Edmonton.
Allan and Bonny-Lynn have always loved the mountains and were coming to Canmore every chance they could. They decided to follow their passion for the outdoors and moved to Canmore in the spring of 2010. Bonny-Lynn is a certified Pilates instructor so with her expertise of movement and clothes that function properly, along with Allan’s entrepreneurial nature, the couple collaborated and created Embody Activewear. They are proud to create a store that offers something different: multiple clothing lines that have different styles, fit, fabric, and function. The store offers a peaceful atmosphere with its tranquil water feature, oversized change rooms, large selection, and helpful staff.
