Private Shopping Parties
On the evening of the party we close the shop put a sign saying "Closed for a Private Party". The evening will begin with a bottle of champagne for you and your guests. A small presentation on the different clothing lines we carry. You can also enjoy a short introduction to Pilates by the owner of Embody Pilates Studio's, Bonny-Lynn, if you desire. Then you are set free in the store to have fun and enjoy yourself! We will be exclusively at your service while you shop with your friends. The party will receive 10% off all items bought during the evening!
We require you to have 5 guests (6 including you "the hostess") and a $150.00 non-refundable deposit which you get to use as store credit towards purchases during the party. The party will start in the evening between 6:30pm - 9:00pm but we are flexible with times.
We will send out invitations in the mail for you if time permits or we can make a quick phone call inviting your guests to the party.

Exchanges and Returns
Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned or exchanged to the Embody Activewear store WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. All hangtags must be attached and proof of purchase must accompany the garment(s).
We cannot accept any damaged products for exchange or refund.
We do not accept any Exchanges or Returns on following Items: Under garments, bras, socks, sandals, headbands, and Yoga Toes.
All items that have been marked down or put on sale are final sale.
Management reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange!
